BABA ADAM CLINIC QUEUE

Clinic Policies

These policies govern the use of Baba Adam Clinic services and the Baba Adam Clinic Queue platform, including the kiosk, waiting-room display, Patient Access portal, and staff consoles.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Patient Privacy & Confidentiality

Baba Adam Clinic treats all patient information as strictly confidential. Personal details, clinical notes, vital signs, allergies, and appointment records are accessible only to authorized clinic staff with a legitimate care or administrative need.

Patients may view only their own records, appointments, and queue position through their Patient Access account. No patient can view another patient’s information.

We do not sell, rent, or share patient data with third parties except where required by law or with the patient’s explicit consent.

2. Data Protection & Security

All access to the Baba Adam Clinic Queue platform is authenticated. Staff roles (Clinic Admin, Doctor, Nurse) are granted least-privilege access, and every action is governed by server-side access controls.

Passwords are managed by our secure authentication provider and are never stored in plain text. Staff must keep their credentials private and log out of shared devices.

Administrative access is restricted to authorized accounts. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and reviewed.

3. Queue & Waiting Room Conduct

Patients are served in ticket order. Priority (urgent) cases may be called ahead of routine tickets at the clinical team’s discretion.

A ticket that is not present when called may be moved back in the queue or marked as missed. Patients who miss their call should speak to reception to rejoin the queue.

Please keep the waiting area calm and respectful. Abusive behaviour toward staff or other patients may result in removal from the queue.

4. Appointments & Rescheduling

Appointments can be booked through Patient Access or at reception. Each booking receives a unique appointment token.

If you cannot attend, please contact the clinic as early as possible to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require future bookings to be confirmed in person.

The clinic may reschedule appointments due to emergencies or clinician availability; affected patients will be notified using the contact details on file.

5. Notifications & Communications

With your consent, the clinic sends queue and appointment alerts (for example WhatsApp messages) to the phone number you provide. You can opt out at any time by telling reception.

Notification delivery depends on your mobile network and messaging provider; the clinic is not liable for messages delayed or not delivered by third-party carriers.

The waiting-room display shows ticket numbers only. It never displays clinical details.

6. Donations & Support

Donations made through the Support module are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. A transaction reference is issued for every pledge.

Donor names and amounts are visible to authorized clinic administrators for reconciliation and reporting. Donors may request anonymity by contacting the clinic.

Donations do not influence clinical priority, queue order, or quality of care in any way.

7. Acceptable Use of the Platform

The kiosk, Patient Access portal, and display screens are provided for genuine clinic visits. Creating false check-ins, impersonating others, or attempting to access another person’s data is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

Automated scraping, probing, or abuse of the platform’s systems is forbidden. Suspected abuse is logged and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Changes to These Policies

Baba Adam Clinic may update these policies from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these policies can be raised with the clinic administrator at reception.
